Terms of Service for GodPath

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Twekko Technologies Limited ("Twekko," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the GodPath mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using GodPath, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use GodPath. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

GodPath is a Christian prayer habit app that generates personalized AI-assisted prayers, provides Scripture content, tracks prayer streaks, and offers an optional feature that encourages prayer by temporarily limiting access to other apps you choose to restrict, using Apple's Screen Time framework.

If you choose to enable the app-blocking feature, GodPath uses Apple's Family Controls framework to prompt you to complete a prayer before regaining access to apps you've selected to restrict. You control which apps are restricted, and you may disable this feature at any time in Settings. This feature depends on Apple's operating system frameworks and permissions; we are not responsible for changes Apple makes to these frameworks that may affect functionality.

GodPath uses artificial intelligence (including Google's Gemini model) to generate prayer content based on your input. Please understand:

• AI-generated prayers are creative, supportive content intended to encourage reflection and spiritual practice; they are not a substitute for Scripture, formal religious instruction, pastoral counsel, or guidance from your faith community or clergy.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure generated content is respectful and aligned with your selected Christian tradition, but AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect, and we do not guarantee its theological accuracy or completeness.
• GodPath is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or a crisis helpline in your area.

Content you enter into GodPath (prayer requests, journal entries, mood check-ins) remains yours. By submitting content to generate a prayer, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features (e.g. sending it to our AI provider to generate your prayer). We do not claim ownership of your personal reflections or journal entries.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or that violates the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Use GodPath for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App's operation or security.
• Use automated means to access or scrape the App.
• Circumvent or manipulate subscription or free-tier limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

The GodPath name, logo, mascot designs, visual design, and underlying software are the property of Twekko Technologies Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Scripture text and public domain religious content are used in accordance with the terms of their respective translations/licenses. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App or its assets without our permission.

GodPath is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, including due to third-party service outages (Apple, Google Firebase, or our AI providers).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twekko Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

You may stop using GodPath at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 10, and 11) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of GodPath after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
